FAQ
Here are the answers to any questions you may have about our products.
- Why is my showerhead leaking?
First, make sure the components of your showerhead are tight. However, another possibility is that the silicone gasket in the upper part of the knob is incorrectly positioned, so simply reposition it correctly. Not to mention our dedicated videos on our YouTube channel.
- Why does a function on my showerhead no longer work?
Firstly, the mode change system is contained in the top of the showerhead. In fact, our shower head produces a very powerful jet when in use, which is why it’s not advisable to change modes abruptly. When operating the showerhead, the mode must be changed by turning off the water or reducing the flow. You can watch our dedicated videos on our YouTube channel.
- Why do I get a tingling sensation over time?
We therefore advise you to clean your showerhead regularly, as over time, residues can build up and obstruct the normal water outlet from the holes provided. So you’ll need to dismantle your showerhead to clean the various components. If this happens too often, your water may be very hard, so you’ll need to install an additional system to filter out even more limescale. Finally, remember to change your mineral filter beads every 5 to 6 months. In a nutshell, take a look at our dedicated videos on our YouTube channel.
- When should I change the balls in my shower head?
To begin with, the balls of your showerhead should be changed every 5 to 6 months to ensure optimum use of your showerhead. If you have very hard water, you can change the mineral stones every 3 or 4 months. See our dedicated videos on our YouTube channel.
- Can I use these beads to filter the water I drink?
No, that’s not what our beads are for – they’re for your showerhead only.
- Why didn’t I receive the quantity I expected?
First and foremost, you need to know that soap sheets are extremely thin, and that several sheets can stick together, creating a thicker sheet. In fact, you need to check them carefully and remove them if necessary.
